扶輪社委員會架構 Rotary Club Committee Structure
扶輪社委員會架構依據建議扶輪社細則而來。扶輪社委員會用來完成扶輪社的長期目標。扶輪社委員會主委們向扶輪社理事會報告所有委員會的活動。標準的扶輪社各委員會被指派如下:
This club committee structure is based on the Recommended Rotary Club Bylaws. Club committees are charged with carrying out the long-range goals of the club. Club committee chairs report all committee activities to the club’s board. The standing club committees to be appointed are:
行政管理委員會(Club Administration)
-此一委員會應進行確保扶輪社有效運作之有關活動。
Club administration – This committee should conduct activities associated with the effective operation of the club.
公關委員會(Club Public Relations)
-此一委員會應研擬並施行計畫以提供大眾認識扶輪的資訊並宣揚扶輪社之服務計畫與活動。
Club public relations – This committee should develop and implement plans to provide the public with information about Rotary and to promote the club’s service projects and activities.
社員委員會(Membership)
-此一委員會應研擬並施行吸收新社員,防止社員流失之全面計畫。
Membership – This committee should develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the recruitment and retention of members.
服務計畫委員會(Service Projects)
-此一委員會應研擬並施行滿足其社區與其它國家社區需求之教育、人道、以及職業計畫。
The Rotary Foundation – This committee should develop and implement plans to support The Rotary Foundation through both financial contributions and program participation.
扶輪基金會委員會(The Rotary Foundation)
-此一委員會應研擬並施行計畫,以透過捐獻與參與計畫支援扶輪基金會。
Service projects – This committee should develop and implement educational, humanitarian, and vocational projects that address the needs of its community and communities in other countries.
其它特別委員會可依每年基於扶輪社大小與目標之需求另外指派。
Additional ad-hoc committees may be appointed on an annual basis depending on club size and goals.
